Writing content online is very different to writing content in a newsletter or on a flyer.  When you are writing content for the Internet, you need to remember that you are not only attempting to deliver a marketing message to the online consumer, but you are also writing for search engines.

Article Requirements

In order for our content writer to create articles for your business, we need some key information that will assist us ensure that your website receives targeting inbound links.

  1. Article Title - Provide us with a article title
  2. Article Subject/Direction. What information you would like included. If you are unsure of specific subjects to cover, you can also elect for the writer to provide an article based on the heading.
  3. Keywords. Define the keywords that you would like the article to have.
  4. Landing Page. The landing page is the page that the users will be linked to after they click on one of the links. If you do not specify a landing page such as www.yourwebsite.com/landing.aspx, we will default it to the root directory. I.e., www.yourwebsite.com.
  5. Date. You can even specify a date that you would like the article to be ready and published. We will use this as a guide and where possible, release articles to this schedule.

  • Links must be permanent links.
  • Links will be SEO and search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc.

  • Links from websites that already link to your site will not be counted.
  • Staggered deployment of the links to avoid any penalties.

  • Backlinks must be from authorised domains only .com .net.org .gov .edu .com.au .net.au .org.au    .gov.au .edu.au. This may differ for different strategic markets. Customer will approve prior to submission.

What we won't do

Some companies use forbidden black-hat techniques that can harm your website’s page rank. We strictly do not use black hat techniques when creating inbound links.

  • Use link farms
  • Unethical or black/gray hat methods
  • Cannot be on blocked robot, no index/no follow, rel=no follow, redirected/cloaked, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages.
  • Links cannot be from framed pages.
  • Links cannot be through a redirect script.
  • Links cannot be on Flash sites or pages.
  • No sites that require ongoing payments.
